    I offer the following shipping options:
    Standard Shipping: Delivery Time 5-7 business days – Cost €5.99 or Free for orders over €100.
    Express Shipping: Delivery Time 2-3 business days – Cost €15.99.
    International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  2. Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Delivery Timeframes
    Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
    While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status online.
  5. International Shipping
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.
    Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 
  1. Return Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    Personalised or custom-made items, Intimate or sanitary goods, Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
  3. How to Return an Item
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact me: Email us at hello@anavargas.co to request a return authorization.
    Pack the Items: Safely pack the items in their original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization number.
    Ship the Items: Send the package to the address given once you have the authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  4. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  5. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
  6. Damaged or Faulty Items
    If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me at hello@anavargas.co within 7 days of receiving the item. I will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
